The system accomodates up to 50 employees. The HandPunch 1000 hand reader features a verification time of less than one second! Your employees can punch in and out quickly and easily.
ATRx Biometric 1000 is a real time system; no polling is necessary. The administrator can always see up-to-the minute information using the included Biometric-Enabled for Handpunch Attendance Rx software.
How does the ATRx Biometric 1000 system work?
The Acroprint ATRx Biometric 1000 system works by recording over 90 distinct measurements of each employee's hand, using a low-level infrared light. Employees key in a personal identification number and place their hand on the verifying pad. The system will compare that hand with the measurements stored for that employee. If they match, the punch is recorded. If they don't, the punch is rejected. No more buddy punching!
The ATRx Biometric 1000 system is accurate, quick and easy to set up and use.
Hand geometry has been in use longer than any other biometric technology, starting with the use of 2-dimensional devices in the 1970s. Our system uses an advanced 3-dimensional HandPunch 1000 hand reader for highly accurate results.
A complete system
This convenient package contains everything you need to get started: a HandPunch 1000 hand geometry reader, ATRx Biometric-Enabled Software for Handpunch powered by Attendance Rx, and all required set-up accessories including 50 feet of interface cable to connect the HandPunch unit to your designated PC.
Note that use of biometric devices requires a special biometric-enabled edition of the Attendance Rx software. Biometric devices will not function with the standard editions of Attendance Rx or Attendance Rx Network.
